Dunkin'

So disappointed. We got two Boston Creme donuts and neither had any creme inside. They didn't even have a hole where they would have filled them up. Unfortunately, we were already home when we figured it out, or we would have asked for our money back. **Update: I thought we would try again, just to give them a second chance, but I am not sure that was a good idea. We ordered 5 donuts: 1vanilla creme, 2 Boston cremes, and 2 chocolate iced donuts. The 2 iced donuts that we got were not even the same (see photo), and the amount of icing on all of them was different. Consistency should not be different by that much. We will not be going back to this facility again.

This dunkin has come a long way. Not sure if new staff or manager but things have improved there. Its always so busy in the drive through but they are always careful to get my order right and try to be quick as they can being so overwhelmed with traffic. Friendly too. I will say though that they need to put up a sign to pull up and park next to the guard rail for the line to continue instead of people out in the street blocking traffic and almost causing an accident.

Usually visit this location after dropping my daughter off at Daycare and heading to work. Great staff, have always gotten my order right and are usually very polite. Only downside was the lobby being closed and having to wait in the drive thru line that has been known to wrap all the way around and out into the side street entrance. Sometimes I just don't have time to wait in a line for 25 minutes.

I’m not one to write google reviews, but my Dunkin’ experience this morning was less than satisfactory. I ordered online for pick up at 7:05am. When I arrived my order was not ready & when I left my coffee was made wrong. In addition to the order I placed being made wrong, the women working were rude. This is not the first experience I have had with the older (in age) employees having no customer service skills. I frequent this Dunkin’ and I’m more than please with most of the younger employees.

Tues 6/28 at 5:23pm. 2 girls working purposely ignored dine in patron. Waited and refused to say anything and decided to take a break outside instead.please check video and you will see the disrespect and disregard to the ladies duties. Unfortunately this is the type of workers produced in today's work force. Best of luck to you

The workers at this location are rude, they don’t even tell you what your order total is they just say “pull forward.” The building in general and parking lot also need updated. This location is still called Dunkin Donuts even though the company dropped “Donuts” a while ago. The parking lot is very dangerous and the drive through window needs to be moved to a different part of the building. Disappointed.
