Always super nice employees that look like they love their jobs! Great selection of sweet treats, but they've been out of their Coconut Haystacks since Christmas 2021. Those are my favorites, so I've left without them on my last 2 visits. I asked if the Fairlawn store had them, and that's when the Manager said no one has them. For some reason they can't get them right now. Parking right outside the building.

I am always amazed at the variety of chocolate treats that you can get. They have each figurine in 3 different kinds of chocolate to appeal to everyone's taste. It always looks so bright and festive inside. You can't miss it when you're driving down the street. There's plenty of parking. The staff is always friendly and willing to help you find what you're looking for.

People are very nice. Prices are unbelievably high! I bought about 10% of what I really wanted. Their chocolate is good but not that good. Extremely overpriced.

We stopped in to send some of Clevelands great Malley's chocolates to out of state friends. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. 5 plus stars!!
