Pizza Hut

Very terrible management here. If I could rate this particular pizza hut a zero star I would. Management was overheard making fun of other employees both with and without disabilities. My brother worked here for a couple months and upon calling off due to being sick they tried to force him into work through yelling over the phone and name calling. As far as I know when working in the food industry you dont go to work if you're throwing up all night and morning before a shift but I guess that didn't matter to my brothers bosses. If you're hungry for pizza I'd recommend avoiding this pizza hut.

Service bad, Condition of restaurant and bathrooms bad. We walked in and there was one person in the restaurant and he was on the phone. Did not even acknowledge us walking in, nor did he make an attempt to seat us. It took 10 minutes for someone to come over and ask us for drinks. Didn't have any silverware, no menus but pizza place so we knew what we wanted but the point is nobody gave us one. Their one server was out on a cigarette break. We finally got our drinks and we have dirty dishes on the table no one took them away not even when we boxed up our food so we had plates from salad plates from appetizer and plates from our dinner. My husband and I had to use the facilities while we were there, and the condition of the bathrooms is deplorable! There was toilet tissue on the floor, the seat was dirty, there was paper towels in the sink, garbage cans had used paper towels hanging out, floors were sticky, smelled musty, just all around dirty. What scares me is employees are supposed to wash their hands in this bathroom, but if it's this dirty how do you get clean! They need to do something about the cleanliness and service in this Pizza Hut, but this is not the only one that I found it at. Middleburg Heights is just as bad, and Brunswick, and Parma next to Southland.

I visited for the buffet. I hope someone from Pizza Hut that cares reads this. It was a huge disappointment. In the far past it was great, but the last has been going down hill and this was the worst. The pizza was old and dry, breadsticks were hard, items were not refilled, and the Alfredo was gone and in place they put in fries. The service at the table was ok, the salad bar was fresh and adequate.

Lost my business. Pizza was trash would have been better off with a frozen red barren. Facility was gross, grease build up on almost every surface, pans have never been scrubbed and an employees drink was on the line with the veggies. Product was lacking. They skimmped so hard on the toppings most slices didn't have any Needless to say bad 1st and last experience

This location has gone downhill with skates on! We ordered 3 pizzas on June 16th for carryout. Upon reaching home we noticed the pizzas were incorrect, more specifically the pizzas were thin crust instead of hand tossed. We immediately contacted the store where the mgr Steve proceeded to argue with us in regards to the pizza's crust, stating "they couldn't be wrong because he made them!" It got to the point that we felt the need to take pictures of the pizzas! After asking for a corporate number, he decided to extend a store credit. Steve's terrible demeanor and unprofessional behavior lead us to record the call for future verification if needed. Fast forward to this evening, we called to redeem our credits. Steve answered the phone and low and behold there were no credits in the system for us, and he didn't remember the conversation! I expressed my concern, in his lack of customer satisfaction. He insisted the conversation never occurred and my husband and I were pretty much lying. At this point I explained to him we felt like this would be the case due to his character and recorded our previous call in case this became an issue. At that moment he said he found the credits. Once my husband arrived to pick up the pizzas he said we only ordered two on the previous visit not three, of course we kept the original receipt but it was at home. I explained to my husband via phone, if you have to come home to get this receipt, record him saying we only ordered two pizzas, because this is absolutely ridiculous! My husband did finally come home with the three pizzas, which at this point were now cold and no one wanted them! This is so sad and I am truly surprised pizza hut would have managers of this caliber representing their company.
