Great location, love the indoor/outdoor space. Where this place is let down is the staff. Not very friendly or helpful. Coffee is a bit hit and miss. The coffee I had today was great. The enclosed space outside is great too. Perfect for a quiet space for a meeting. I will go back again and happy to update my review if the service improves.

I work in the building above and have been here at least 4 times. Shocking service. At least smile to the customer since you only work in hospitality not like you are doing anyone a favour by taking orders or delivering coffee. Especially the older dude who appears to be the manager? My colleagues and I now avoid this place like a plague. Would rather walk a bit further to grab nice coffee with friendly customer service. Stay away if you want burnt coffee with a touch of cold service!!

The coffee is average. The food is nice but overpriced. This negative review is based upon the poor service received by the cashier/coffee makers. Service is blunt, rude and it was as though we were inconveniencing them the whole time. Apparently asking for a croissant that was paid for while waiting for a coffee warrants a rude "I was getting it for you" comment. No apologies, no simpathy and no real customer service. A disappointing experience.

I was surprised when i said thank you after i ordered and received my coffee, staff didn’t say thank you or smile or at least pretend to be friendly to the customer. Also, staffs were too busy to pretend they didn’t see there were 2 customers who cut off the line. I guess because I’m just an Asian dude with the backpack and the ones who cut the line are white in their fancy clothes. For a medium latte in CBD, $4.5 is kinda reasonable, but at least can you clean the shot before you make it. That’s the basic of the basic for making good espresso shot, so the coffee doesn’t have the “burn taste”. Today i have to be that “customer” who posted this complain. Please don’t judge the customer by their looks.
