Not the worst cappuccino but pretty much up there according to my experience today. Asked for extra hot and got Luke warm, asked for 2 sugars and got it pretty much blank with undissolved sugar crystals at the bottom. As far as coffee at southern cross station, this one doesn't make the cut into my favs...

In a vegetarian and asked for a cheese and tomato croissant. I confirmed with the waitress 3 times that I didn't want ham. What I got was a ham and tomato croissant without cheese.
The coffee isn't redeeming the experience either.
So if you want a burnt croissant with a filling you specifically asked not to have and a bad coffee waste your money and time here.

Fed my 3-6 year old nephews and sons baby chinos which were really hot. The youngest burnt his mouth. When we complained they said "it comes out of the machine that way.". It's a BABY chino for goodness sake. Put some cold milk in. I'd give fewer stars if I could. 3 year old still upset.

Possibly one of the worst cappuccinos I've ever wasted $5 on in the CBD, including those from 7-11s. They somehow managed to make it both sour and burned.

I get my coffee at Hunger Games every morning. The staff are delightful and always smiling, the food is tasty and not just your stock standard fare.

Not beong a local I was unaware of what till to queue at. I arrive with no on there and stand ar a till. No service. People arrive at the till on the other side and are served. The girl when I arrived was standing no more than a foot away. Dod she say anything? No. Poor form.
