I am a regular tea-drinker. I drink tea every day. Usually peppermint. Ever since I discovered iced tea, I have been buying it and storing it under my bed because I never have space anywhere else. I thought my life was complete after that discovery, but little did I know that Bubble Cup existed. It was a regular day and I was out eating with my family. I had the sudden urge to drink tea as I ate my sushi graciously. I told my family I would be back in a few minutes, as I left the table to search for iced tea. To my surprise - I couldn't find any! I was very disappointed. But just because I was disappointed, it didn't mean I didn't want tea anymore. So I searched everywhere before ultimately giving up. As I was walking back to my family, I noticed something. A small bubble tea shop. I didn't know what bubble tea was ... but I saw the word tea and immediately order a peach fruity tea (mango pop balls + a little ice). I was AMAZED. I had never tasted anything this... good!! I headed back to my family to report my discovery. Shortly after that, they all went back to order tea of their own. ALL of them were impressed, and they don't even drink tea EVER. I am IN LOVE with Bubble Cup and bubble tea in general now. So I just want to say Thank you, Bubble Cup, for your amazing staff and for helping me discover my new obsession!!

I went to your shop @5:30pm today 28 April 2022 to buy your Special Organic Soy pudding but your staff told me it's not available. I noticed that every time Im dealing with your short hair staff (Not sure about the name if Carls but definitely short hair) she will tell me not available. If i come morning she will say not available same thing if i will come afternoon. How come that if she is not there i always gets soy pudding..... im a regular customer and almost everyday im buying soy pudding. Actually almost all staff i will give 5 stars only for this staff I will definitely give her 0 star. I hope you can do something about it because you might end up losing some of your customers.

Very bad service. I came to order 2 brown sugar milk tea on 8th Feb at around 12:25PM. There is a girl at the recpetion chatting in her mobile, not caring about the customers. That’s not a big deal too but I ordered brown sugar milk tea and she just gave me cold tea with no brown sugar. Utter disappointment! I don’t recommend this place to anyone. Updated: Hi Manager. Since I can't reply back to your comment, I am editing this review. Thanks for taking your time to check the camera; however, your explanation is not quite right. I preserved one cup of tea. I can get it to show you if the brown sugar is added or not. I don't want to go to that extent for a cup of milk tea. There is NO BROWN SUGAR added. She just made a milk tea. Thats it! I am not trying to be rude, but you were saying I am wrong.

My gf comes here to get her grapefruit tea soda fix and this is my first time here getting it for her. It wasn't busy but there were 2 slow idiots behind the counter making tea. I waited for 10 minutes before asking how much longer it would take and to her surprise she completely forgot about my order. Then had to wait 5 more minutes before getting what I had ordered. I put it upright in my bag and about a min later I heard a loud pop inside the bag. The plastic top popped off due to it being on too tight and I didn't have anything on top of it. Tea went everywhere in the bag. What a terrible experience. There's also no cheese tea options...
