Can hardly get orders right, burgers never seem to have enough sauce on them, chicken nuggets are often cool. Delivery service is awesome for workers in the area, but their error rate is too high. Store itself is look tired.

The only McDonald's that is. All Macca's here. Lots of people walking through here and as you know Macdonald is popular everywhere!

Hi,
I visited your restaurant today and first used the toilets upstairs, as I approached the upstairs dining room I was shocked at how gloomy and dirty it felt, maybe a few fake green plants to brighten it up.
I then walked through to the toilet area and as I am a cleaner myself I was shocked to see the state of the toilets. I think you need to give the area a good scrub as it doesn't seem to be up to health standards, it smelt like a urinal and a few ladies who walked in when I was waiting thought the same just by looking at their faces. All the edges/corners around the floor area need a good scrub. I think a professional clean may be needed in between the staff doing a quick wipe over. I hope you will listen to my comment as upon reading other comments nothing seems to have been done yet. Regards

came here not too long ago with me boys and ordered 6 nuggets and opened the box, ate one and only had FOUR LEFT. "what?" i asked the man. i approached the fine young woman at the register and asked her "where is my nugget?" she responses quickly and gave me another nugget in a separate clean box was very happy with the helpfulness of the young lady and she had a pretty fit bod

Very grotty for a Macca's. The fries looked old and greasy, the cheese burger was cold and had been sitting there a while, didn't feel good after eating there. Bad experience.

I came there at 5:30am and got a breakfast meal, I was waiting for my food and the manager (the Asian girl wearing a grey shirt, she was wearing a jacket but I saw the color of the collar, I believe), she was rude enough to ask me "what you waiting for?", I said I was waiting for my order and she put her hand out, moved her fingers and said: "receipt??". I was very upset but I didn't say a thing. And because the store opens 24hrs so I thought that I could sit in the store and finish my breakfast, again, the girl in the grey shirt yelled at me, loud enough for everyone to hear: "no eat in at the moment. Take away only!" and her face was not friendly at all, no "please", no "would you", nothing. I forgot to ask for a customer complaint ticket, so I thought this is the only way I could get someone higher than her know. You guys should be more careful in promoting staff or even recruiting staff.
I don't know about others but I will have Hungry Jack's breakfast from today on, no more Macca's breakfast, especially for the store on Swanton street, good location but disappointing staff (the manager to be exact).
