30 minutes later than the latest estimate. Lukewarm. When every fast food pizza uses the exact same ingredients, all they can do is offer better service. Well, this service sucked. They use their own driver instead of uber so you get awful time estimates, too. I only live 10 minutes from them and it took me 1:40 to get my food.

Shocking experience. Ordered takeaway pizzas & a burger for my children and I. When we got home they had given us the wrong pizzas and they weren’t even cooked through. Dough was still uncooked as was some most of the ingredients on both pizzas. Burger was smothered in mayonnaise and inedible - the meat didn’t even look like real meat. I phoned up to let them know only to be told there was nothing they could do and would need to have an owner call me back. I had to inform them they would need my phone number in order to call me back. Needless to say I never got a call back and after attempting several more times to get an owners response I eventually got fed up with their unwillingness to assist. Their loss as I live local. Best to avoid getting takeaway or home delivery from this place.

WHERE DO I START??? First of all, our order came almost an hour late with no explanation as to why it was late or any update with the arrival of our order. I ordered the carbonara fettuccine and it honestly looked like it was frozen and just reheated in a microwave and tasted like it. It also came with little sauce, instead it was DRENCHED in oil. There was an order of the “Greek salad” and it was just lettuce with barely any other contents, this is completely disregarding the fact that it missed any indication of a traditional “Greek salad”. There was an order of the meat lovers pizza, it came cold and the base of the pizza was undercooked. There was an order of spaghetti bolognese, it had little sauce, meat and flavour. Disappointed is an understatement. There is no excuse for this kind of service. DO BETTER. The food we received was below average and there nothing redeeming about it. We are hoping to get a refund as this just unacceptable.

Overpriced then made me wait half an hour for them to sit there eating there dinner when making me wait outside in 6 degree cold weather. But as a worker u grt paid to work not to sit down and eat and if its your so called break other people should be working not EVERYONE eating dinner. Im appalled i used to be a regular customer but this and other things aswell as HUGE price increases ill go elsewhere from now on
