The slowest Charley’s in Miami. Not worth the frustration in ordering or getting their attention to order. Not to mention they take a day and half to prepare your food and will happily give you your order incomplete, knowingly. Disgrace of an establishment

I don’t have any issue wait for my food, also it doesn’t Mayte if doesn’t have a good taste, but I’ll never come back again during Meily Leon’s shift (the rude Cuban lady with black hair and tattoos in her hands) she’s so rude and disrespectful with the customers.

Just finished eating at this location.
Literally had to ask the manager to put on their mask as they kept coughing over the food.
They rolled their eyes at me and then i paid $1.07 for extra cheese which was never provided.
No attention to customers request

The chicken Philly has no taste at all super plain the fries super salty .. and the price for a Meal to expensive..

Charleys Philly Steaks in Dadeland Mall is a tasty option at the food court while shopping. I think I finally figured this place out with the helpful assistance of the staff here. I was able to maximize the order and it worked out very well. This is a nice stop to make when you are really hungry and need something more than usual. The fries here are awesome.

Update: The problem was with uber eats. I've gone in person and not had any issues. This is some of the best cheesesteak in the world and you gotta try it.
Old review: Best cheese steak I've ever had but they can't figure out how to deliver food that isn't cold. The restaurant refused to answer my phone call and corporate refused to help. Incompetence of a high caliber.

Horrible customer service. Do not eat here because they will treat you very badly. They did not want to make me my food and have me pick it right at 7. I was willing to pay early and then pick it up before I went home. Told me no. I will never order food from there again.
