Pizza Hut

i ordered a large stuffed crust hawaiian (ham and Pineapple) and i got a pizza that was half pepperoni and half ham and pineapple. i was fine with that even though thats not what i ordered but what made the pizza terrible is that it felt hard like cardboard as if its been sitting for a while as if it was already made before hand. the pizza tasted so hard and so terrible that i could tell the pizza was definetly not made fresh. so not only did they get my order wrong but they gave me a pizza that had been previously made who knows how many hours before hand. me and my wife ate 4 slices (because we were desperately hungry) and we threw the rest away. oh and on top of that i ordered the pizza for delivery but they took so long that i ended up having to go to the store to pickup my pizza.

if i could give them minus stars i would. this pizza came with one of the pizzas under the other pizza. they did not bring an item that i ordered and i called the store four times, no one picked up, and the automated system kept hanging up on me. enough is enough and this is not the first time this happens; i have let it slide in the past due to what we are going through and stress we are all under but this is just not right. personally i am not ordering from pizza hut ever again. this place is stealing your money.

So I ordered the pizza "contactless", however, the driver refused to leave the pizza at the door, he kept ringing the doorbell, then he called me on the phone. Through the camera, I saw him leaving with the Pizza, so finally, we had to go and chase him to his car because it seemed like he was leaving with the pizzas. This is the second time it happens. Why do you have a contactless option if the drivers will not leave the pizza in the front of the house as Uber drivers do?

Tell delivery person not to be so impatient. As soon as this person arrived he/she began taking turns knocking on the glass door and ringing the door bell several times. I mean his excuse was that he/she was working but we are not seating behind the door waiting for him to arrive. In the future if this behavior continues there are a lot of pizza delivery companies here in Miami.
