Favas Pizza

I went there today and loved it. I had both cauliflower and original crust and they were thin, crust to perfection. The employees are all very nice and the place was super clean. They also give us the option to choose the toppings we want and they do everything in front of us so I loved this idea of cleanliness. I’ll definitely be coming back.

Frustrated at being charged 15% automatically without any notice or mention on top apparently for tip, while asking seperately if to tip 0/15/18/20%, and no mention of the hidden 15%. So if you choose to tip 20%, you'll end up tipping 35%. When I asked how come I was charged over $15 for a $9.95 pizza and $2.5 drink, the employee didnt know and had to print the receipt to understand it, then they simply offered to refund it, and said it was set by the owner. Pizza was decent for thin crust, and the employee was extremely nice, which is why its 3 stars and not 1.

Out of four different options for draft beers, they only had 1 available, pretty pathetic, management needs to get their ordering together. Oh and they play extremely bad music from what I’m hearing right now. It’s a huge spot and completely empty right in the middle of downtown Miami, definitely a lot of thing wrong with this place.
