First visit to jolsha and was not disappointed, staff very friendly and welcoming....food was reasonably priced considering it was very tasty and very good portions.

Good service good food.......
Poppadoms could be better quality.
Samosas same old little triangle off the shelf. Have had much better, as the mixed kebab. Drinks expensive ,,,(£5 a pint).
Overall ....quite a nice night in comfy surroundings even if the seating is a bit cramped.

Nice room, good/very good food. Polite and pleasant service, but waited far too long to be served. The restaurant wasn't full by any means, though fairly busy. I didn't time it, but I reckon an hour and a half between our arrival and the arrival of the food. Mentioned it to the server, then again when paying.

New year's eve we popped in on the off chance as it's a couple of minutes walk & we have used it regularly. The most we hoped for was a takeaway but the staff said they'd have a table in 20 mins. We had a drink & we got a table. Despite how busy it was we didn't have a long wait & had a great meal. The jolsha team as always were fantastic, friendly & professional.

Food was excellent, had lamb rogan josh, the lamb melted in my mouth. Service was excellent. Environment clean and tidy. Lovely atmosphere. Would highly recommend.

Sat in twice this week it’s that nice! This Indian knocks it out the park every time! Best lamb around melt’s like butter. Staff are always super friendly. X

Ate every little bit of our Take Away menu tonight: Chicken Biryani, Mam bread amd mixed Dry veg. Only left the soup as don't like soup with my nan. Chef keep up the great cooking, will definitely return for more!

The food is very good. It can be busy particularly at the weekends and service is slow. Be prepared for a chat with friends and a couple of drinks before your order is taken. Our group was at least 30, but once our orders were taken (after 45 minutes), the food arrived shortly after. So you have to be patient, but the meal was excellent at a fair price, and would still recommend.
