Marks & Spencer's Cafe

I love marks because I don't go often so it's a treat. It's always clean and staff helpful when needed. The oranges last a good while from here, I don't know how but they do and keep taste. Got a great meal deal of steak and veg and it's some of the best I've ever tasted. So so sad we'll be losing this shop soon.

Visited this M&S store just over a week ago with my partner, bought a number of items extremely impressed with the men’s ranges, however I had to return to the store last Friday to exchange one item for a different size I tried to locate the same item, unfortunately I couldn’t find it, I approached a sales consultant called Katie Firstly her approach to help was excellent, it was identified that my size wasn’t in store, Katie went through my M&S app, educated me on how to get the item sent to a store close to where I work, showed me when it would arrive and dealt with my exchange What Katie showed me was a mix of personal support / attention with modern technology If everyone spent time with customers like me, the instire experience would be appreciated by everyone I will return to buy in store as I still prefer to see items first hand but I would certainly use the app / online to purchase items too Thankyou M&S for having some great fashionable men’s clothing ( which I never previously appreciated) Thankyou Katie as the way you assisted me, greatly appreciated

For a Monday, this store had very few customers in, so was a very pleasant shop and browse. Everything was tidy and the store was well stocked. Staff were in sufficient number in store and behind till desks, but observed some having more conversation between themselves than ready to notice customers seeking help.

Once we had sussed out the one way arrows, it was an enjoyable visit and the staff were very helpful, but I'm not happy about wearing masks all the time as it's claustrophobic so I'll be limiting my shopping to essentials only until the rule is relaxed. I've spoken to lots of other people about this and that's why town centres haven't kicked off as hoped. The masks should have been mandatory in March, April and May - not after the horse has bolted.
