Wendy's

Wendy's has always been a favorite of mine. Their chicken is just the right amount of crispy, and their spicy chicken is actually spicy! Not spicy enough to make you want to down your entire drink, but also spicy enough to actually be noticed, a very welcomed surprise from a fast food establishment. Their fries are just the right combination of salty and tasty, and their frosties always leave me wanting more.

The crew at this store are always awesome. I am never disappointed in their service. Ordering is quick, easy and always prepared accurately and they do it with a great attitude and smile. Love these folks. They deserve to be recognized for being one of the best stores, anywhere. I am a truck driver and frequent Wendy's all over the country. So, in saying this, I do know it is true. Thanks Verity Rd, Middletown, OH Wendy's. You're always awesome!!!

Okay normally I don't have complaints with Wendy's but today was the first time I've had any major issues. First I pull up to order and I'm asked to please hold (which I don't mind doing) but while holding they proceeded to talk while the mic was still on. They were trying to figure out who was going to work and when someone was coming back after having a baby. I had to tell the lady my order several times. After receiving my food, my biscuits and gravy were cold (very cold the gravy was like jelly) My sandwich was warm not hot. (I ate in the parking lot) Just do better Wendy's, we love to eat here when the food is hot!!

Haven't been to Wendy's in a long time. Very impressed by the quality of both Service (management and staff team) and the food at this location in Middletown Ohio. Restaurant is clean and well organized. The food was presented well on the tray with friendly service. Great taste and quality food the price paid and being a fast food establishment.
