Captain D's

Shrimp skewers missing from both dinners. After waiting in line in their drive through forever. Edit to review and stars added. I called today to make management aware. The manager who took the call offered to replace the meals. I went and the entire order was redone for free. Excellent customer service from management. I will return when we want their style of food again.

I have very seldom, if ever, gotten a bad meal here. They do seem to have a high rate of employee and management turnover. Here if late though, it seems to take quite a bit longer to get your order. Even longer than a sit-down restaurant where the wait staff come to your table to take your order. I do not know why this is occurring. Everyone seems to be doing their part to get the orders ready, but they are still backing up causing a wait.

This store has vastly improved since my review of them almost two years ago. My daughter ordered from them and I did not after my previous experience was do bad that I reported conditions to corporate. They have done a complete overhaul of the store, management and crew. It has made all of the difference in the world. The store was clean, the cashier was friendly and service was fast. The food was well prepared and had an appetizing appearance. The tase was very good. Excellent all around. I would gladly recommend to his store, now. Nice job!

I usually don't eat out much. But I've been to Captain D's twice the last 2 weeks and the service was really nice, by Anne, and it was very quick both times I was there. She saved me about $4 by offering me the deals they had there that I hadn't noticed. She definitely deserved a raise for as hard as she worked. I'll definitely will go back and I think other people should try Captain D's also.
