Chili's Grill And Bar

As a medical professional, I fully understand the risk for exposure to Covid that is involved when dining out with my family. We don't dine out often. When we do, like this evening, I expect that this risk be mitigated by the staff in these establishments following DOH and state regulations. That being said, my fiance and I sat and watched a waitress exit the kitchen multiple times with her facemask tucked under her chin. We also watched a line cook prepping without a face mask for well over 20 minutes. We asked to speak to the manager. When she approached the table we were suprised that she was the manager as she was wearing leggings, what looked like a 3day old tshirt, and her hair was a mess. When this manager was asked about the face masks she offered no apology and no corrective action. Her response was that she would "mention it" to her General Manager. When asked why the rules and regulations were not being taken seriously, she became visibly agitated, rude and stormed away from the table. There were so many other issues with our experience here tonight but this is by far the most agregious.

I love this spot! They have decent food, their menu is varied, The chef in that place is a real authority in the kitchen, I enjoy very much tasting all their dishes. The dishes are always fresh, the service towards the customers is helpful. I frequently visit this place and I not even once was disappointed. I recommend it to all my friends.
