I feel bad for everyone who comes to this Dunkin’, almost everyone needs serious training on how to listen to an order and correctly press the buttons on the computer. Also the people working behind the counter do not care about fixing their mistakes because they have an amazing ability to mess your order up even more when you go to correct the mistakes.
They do not listen as they’re too busy talking to each other as if it’s just a regular day in the streets rather than actually working and WILL act like you just disturbed their day by asking to fix their mistakes rather than try to do anything close to a good job.
It’s very clear that the management does not care as they’re either part of the problem or they don’t care to fix any of the on going issues and take pride in being the worst. Anyways, prepare to have to go back a few times to fix your order and sometimes argue, because again they seem to take pride in messing up their own simple processes

I have come here a few times my experience has been fabulous truly the best DD in the area every time I have come away with a smile on my face thank you so much for making my day!

Food here taste sooo bad....w.e machine or fryer they use to heat up food simply taste disgusting, taste just like plastic. Just threw out my whole order, I will never get food from this location again (never had this experience in any other DD)

I have been stopping in this DD fairly regularly for years mainly inside. I recently started using the drive through window. I never had any issues that I remember. Always friendly and decent service.

The manager Keith is a very pleasant guy and great at customer service. A few weeks ago a top malfunctioned and my drink fell to the ground. I made him aware days later and at the time of my choosing he replaced a drink for me with no hassle whatsoever. Great guy. The staff are always pleasant and my order is usually done quickly. They also are the most consistent DD when it comes to making a coffee/drink as requested.

drive-through order, three chocolate frosted donuts and caramel iced latte with whip cream and cinnamon. They messed up on my order no whip cream or cinnamon on my latte no napkins for the donuts . I told the lady at the window about the whip cream and the cinnamon which she corrected and this is what I got in-return

They always mess up my orders and they’re very simple one’s too.
I can’t understand why the rating is so high when this is the worst Dunkin’ in Middletown.

If I could leave a 0 I would. I’ve been going to this Dunkin 2-3 times a week for the past year. It’s near my job. There were times where I have driven to another store just to not get my order messed up. TODAY AND I MEAN TODAY IS THE LAST TIME I WILL EVER GO BACK TO THAT HORRIBLE STORE. Not only did they mess my order up AGAIN but the workers are incredibly rude they will not justify their mistakes nor apologize. All I get is a rude tone and a “you’re welcome” in a sarcastic voice. They need to do a serious evaluation of their employees and customer service skills. #DunkinDonutdoanythingright
