I ordered a boba tea, I’m on a very specific diet so I asked the attendant if I could just have the tea with no sugar. (Literally all you have to do is not put in the powder or syrup) and she told me flat out no. I asked her why and she said “it comes with the powder so you have to get the powder”. Her attitude was disgusting and it was something easy to do. I just told her “okay” and left. I won’t be coming back to this spot in the mall

I ordered a large super green cleanse smoothie from the galleria location in Middletown, NY on 6/27/16. I asked for extra kale, she used two leaves of kale instead of one. She was amazed when I told her that I use about 30 kale leaves to make my own smoothies. The kale wasn't blended well and so I had bits of Kale that I could chew. The smoothie had no flavor at all, it was mostly water. The worst smoothie I've ever had. My son had a smoothie too. His was just as bad. What a waste of $13!!!
