When I came into the restaurant I was made to wait about 10 minutes while the employee did something on the cash registers. I paid for my order. She then grabbed my order and quickly realized that the container the boneless wings were in was completely melted. She went to the back to have the other employees change the container and I heard the other employees laughing. I was then given my order and departed. I got home, opened the pizza boxes and BOTH of the pizzas I had ordered were BURNT. I did not have the time to order again nor go back to have them fix this issue as it was for a small birthday party for my daughter and the kids were ready to eat once I walked on the door. This is not the first time this has happened at this specific restaurant. I am very disappointed the issue still is not fixed.

I placed my order at 12:30 for pick up at 5:30. when I got there they still hadn't put it in the oven. I didn't get my pizza until 6:05. Not to mention the pizzas were very poorly made and a big disappointment. Go here if you don't value your time or your money and if you don't care what your pizza looks or tastes like.

I placed an order for delivery and on the app indicated that the delivery was out for delivery. And I should have hot pizza in the next 25-35 min. One hour later, still no delivery. So I called the store to get an update and why was it taking so long, when the app was showing that I should've had hot pizza 30 min ago. After speaking to representative the assistant store manager got on the line and try to explain the reason. She informed me that the order was still at the store and was waiting for a door dash driver to pick up the order, since the store dosent have thier own delivery driver. Understood but why was the order showing out for delivery on the app. She could not give me a straight answer. She futher explained that I had to continue waiting and had to estimated time of delivery. After waiting an additional 30 min, I called back and cancelled the order. Further more, the store manager could not even assist me with a proper refund. I was informed to call next day to arrange that with the store manager, since I paid online. Sorry to say, I wish I could rate these location better but my experience was not pleasant.

This was at the middletown, NY store on RT. 211.... i walked into the store to place an order and no one was at the register. i stood there for 5 minutes and no one came to the register. so i as i was standing there i placed my order online in the app and paid for it and sat down to wait. it was another 2 minutes before someone came out and then asked to help me, at which time i told them i was standing there so long i placed my order online

The service was great. I didn't like the pizza, too much bread, not enough cheese. The boneless wings were delicious, better than Buffalo Wild Wings - in my opinion.

Always order here. The ladies that work here are so sweet and nice. Food is always yummy. Will always order pizza here. Can’t be compared.

Each time I come into this pizza Hut I have to say they give me top notch service and my Pizza is extremely hot. I would recommend this place

I take back all I said the pizza that was sent in my Birthday WAS AMAZING.... THE OWNER AND MANAGER NEED TO SIT DOWN AND READ THESE REVIEWS. CAUSE I FIRE SOME EMPLOYEES....
