O Degree Thai Ice Cream

I appreciate the idea of the ice cream rolls, but it is not my favorite. I did not get ice cream here this time, but I have ordered it in the past. I think I just wish it were a bit more creamy? Something that I can't quite put my finger on. Not to mention I wish there was more than one size to choose from. I had bubble tea this time, the brown sugar one and it was pretty good! I am also not a huge bubble tea person, but I enjoyed the flavor options they had and the bubble options. They had a bunch of fruit bubbles to choose from since I didn't want the tapioca. The employees are prompt and knowledgeable about the options. The atmosphere is cozy and enjoyable. It's a good place to get some ice cream and my friend loves coming here. I am sure I will be back. 👍🏻 Also, the picture I posted of the ice cream is half eaten. Apologies! She dug into her ice cream so fast I couldn't get a picture. It is beautiful when it is handed to the customer.

Looking for desert? This ice cream place is highly recommended! The prices are just under $10 bucks, but well worth it! They make it right in front of you! Very polite staff! I will definitely be coming back here! I got the dashers egg nog with snickerdoodles! Yup, delicious! I even video’d it. Enjoy the post!

I've been coming to this place for a long time, since they opened, but these past couple of months the service hasn't been the same. Hopefully they hire more staff because it seems like they need more help. Today, on a Tuesday I waited 35 minutes for 2 ice creams. There doesn't seem to be a system in place, as employees seemed confused about who should be taking orders and who should be making them. I hope changes are made before the summer truly begins so they can maximize profits efficiently!

Ice cream was great. but the service not so much. been standing there waiting for someone to come over for like 20 minutes with no line and no body ahead of me. 1 person was making the ice cream, the other person was scrubbing the floor. and the third person was walking around demanding the other two to do this and that. It was a Friday evening around 6PM. its not like they are about to close or something. Overall terrible experience. do not recommend.

There were 2 college students running the store at the time and the place was jam packed, and only getting more packed as the night went on. I got there, first thing I noticed was the loud music, you could barely hear the people next to you. (Part of me felt like the music was a way to drown out the upset customers) I waited almost 10 minutes before one of the workers noticed I was there and then finally took my order. There was slight attitude and a lack of motivation. I sit down at one of the tables and wait. I wait about 30 minutes, and I observe a few of things: -They have around 7 untouched orders from door-dashers, but I also notice that there are some dasher there already. -In the time I'm there, they've worked on probably 2-3 orders. I don't know exactly how long it would usually take to make the ice creams, so I don't want to get into that, but I wouldn't think it would take that long. (Ive been here one other time and it didn't take nearly as long) -One had a bit of an attitude and another didn't really take into account that there were so many other people waiting and other orders they had to make. -They kept taking more orders even though they had so many other orders they had not even started yet There was another order with the same drink I was getting, however it was an order after mine. I saw one of the workers make it, but give it away to someone else even though they came after me. I wanted to wait longer, but I'd already waited for a good while, so I asked when they'd start making my order. The worker I talked to took a cup and wrote my name, but as they were ready to take the cup to the drink station they stopped for another person who wanted a drink. They took their order, got their cup and attempted to put their cup in mine so they could take both together to the drinking station, however my cup fell on the floor. The worker proceeded to pick up my cup and bring it to the drink station. Then left it there to work on an ice cream order. I decided to leave, but only to my car for a couple of minutes before coming back. I decided I wasn't going to leave because I already paid, I wouldn't be able to argue with these workers because it would be no use. I went up the counter, asked the other worker when they could make my drink. They said with an attitude, "um....I guess right after this..." while giving me some type of eyes. They took another cup, thankfully, and finally my drink was made. I waited like 40-45 minutes, maybe a little longer. I don't want to bash on these workers, but this was kind of poor quality. I understand that they were probably overwhelmed, but if that's the case, then they need to express that to the rest of the customers instead of taking more orders and keeping people waiting 40 minutes or more. The drink was fine, but everything else was a mess. .

waited almost an hour for TWO SMALL DRINKS. we ordered first before 5 people, but got our drink last. i don’t know if it’s cause we black or what but waiting almost an hour for two small drinks is crazy. forced to give a tip when paying, staff works WAY TO SLOW HURRY UP and constantly on their phones. do better.

Wait is usually long and I find it a little expensive but my son loves the Ice cream and the fruit teas are great EDIT: Replying to the reply... I get that, but you don't have to come on so strong, makes it's seems like something isn't right. I left a 4 star review not a 2 star. I could have also said it's loud in there and half the time when I'm in the nail salon next door I can't even hear myself think because the employees have the music so loud. So now I changed it to 3 stars because while I understand things are expensive and there is a work shortage other places still manage better and the attitude is unnecessary 🤷‍♀️
