I've been going to this place for the last 3+ years and they have always had horrid delivery but I've suffered with it because I've liked their food a lot. Today I placed an order at 5:26 and I got it at 7:46 and it's 5 minutes away from my house. I called and asked about it and they told me they haven't even started making it yet and they were "very busy" I thought I'd give this place a second chance after the disgusting pizza I had gotten a few months ago but I've had enough and lost hope on this restaurant.

Our server Briana was amazing! Didn’t forget anything and she wasn’t one of those annoying servers! Pleasant attitude even though she was running the bar, take out AND dine in! Decided to order something other than pizza and it was AMAZING!! Cobb salad, was HUGE, and that isn’t exaggerating!! Chicken parmigiana grinder could have had more chicken however the taste was spectacular AND it came with garlic bread!! Ended up bringing some home it was so much food!!

Worst boneless chicken I've ever had . Service was ok. Was like 85 degrees inside . Also the 2 chefs almost got in a fist fight and had to be separated

This place appears to be posing as the fictional Delivery-Only Restaurant "Mel's Melts" on grubhub, postmates, doordash, etc. I ordered a "Philly Steak Melt" for over $14 today. Images show what $14 at "Mel's Melts" gets you. About an ounce of meat, 3 bell peppers, and an onion. The Brisk Iced Tea was listed on the Menu as "Iced Tea" and cost twice as much as any other drink. The only thing this has accomplished is to ensure I won't order from this restaurant again, either the real one or the fake one.

Incredible food and service. The rum punch made by the owner is amazing very tropical. Such friendly staff and funny. I waitress was awesome her name was Michelle. If you go ask for her she's amazing love her

This is my favorite pizza joint! The pizza sauce is tasty, love the wings (bring back 50 cent wings please 🥰😭🥰😭). In the spring-fall great place to sit outside and play Keno with friends. Pasta portions are HUGE! Lots of varieties of foods and the menu is always expanding. Can't go wrong here. 1 stop shop.

Under uber eats they have made 4 different names being mels melts, out of this world pizza, and a new one pitt stop pizza all making the same bland horrible pizza overpriced and coated in grease if you like false advertising and horrible food buy here. Edit: Thanks for your gracious response just cause chillis and other restaurants do that doesnt mean it is okay it is wrong is it false advertising and just renaming the same bad foods under different restaurants to get more buys and the cheese you use doesn't matter its not good and it is greasy no matter how much or how little fat it has.
