Pats Select Pizza Grill

Love this place! We just started going to Pats for lunch and we really enjoy their food..especially their salads which are fresh and delicious and a great deal. Cheesesteak was really good too. I have to say this is the cleanest restaurant I've eaten in hands down. Nice service and military discount is a huge plus.

Eaten here many times. Pretty diverse menu. The pizza is ok (not great, but consistently good) but their entrees are always quite good and the portions are generous. Tonight, for the first time, I had the roasted veggie flatbread. Balsamic glaze, goat cheese mozzarella, and roasted veggies. It was VERY good. Highly recommended.

Order meatball sandwich with extra cheese & sauce on the side. They brought me a meatball sand which that was so soggy the roll was awful Sauce on side I just call to make a complaint the woman gave mea hard time . She said what do you want a dry meatball so you either gets dry meatball sandwich . I guess. You don’t get a regular sandwich you get no sauce or. Soggy.I was very disappointing I order one yesterday it was good . that was why I order one again . Now when they bring me another sandwich she ask for the old one to be sent back . I think she thought l was asking for a free one .. well she sent another sandwich it was bone dry no sauce at all not one bite . She made sure I sent that one back . I have never been so disrespected

i asked for a gluten free margarita flatbread because i have a disease where it’s life threatening if I have gluten.. the manager yelled and swore up and down it was gluten free. what i received wasn’t i’ve never had problems getting it from this location before but a gluten free flatbread is supposed to be so thin it has a crunch to it. this wasn’t because it was the regular margarita flatbread.. you can’t lie to customers with gi issues.

Do not order or eat at this establishment. My wife made an online order, the driver delivered to the wrong address. My wife called looking for our food and was told it was delivered and nothing could be done. I drove to the restaurant and tried to either get a refund or my order. I was told that they were losing money, and they would remake my order for a discount. I will never patronize them again.

Salads came hot and pizzas came cold. Pick up is usually fine, but delivery is terrible. Why am I giving a guy a 20% tip to deliver my food an hour after it was made, not ringing my doorbell after delivery, and now seeing that my pizza must have been dropped a few times before finally hitting my damp mat out front.
