A little confusing when dining in whether to use app, go to register, or to digital menu board. Also, better communication on rewards and if required to place order on the app to get rewards. But overall as expected for McDonald's. The relatively new deals on the app and rewards are great options to save especially with cost of everything going up.

Just stopped at this McDonald's on our drive back from the beach for my son. The staff was very friendly and very busy but liked like they efficient. Food was typical mcdonalds, nothing good or bad but the woman who took my son's order was friendly and made us both smile.

What’s wrong with this picture? And they want $15/hr. Even if I liked tartar sauce, this would still be inedible! And there was just as much in the bun! There was no ice in my drink and no straw in bag either. Eat at your own risk!!!
I went there earlier in the evening to pick up a door dash order and the kid gave me the order and walked away. I asked about the frappe that was supposed to be with the order and he came back and said, “oh, we’re out of that.” He had no intention of telling me had I not asked.

Most disturbing experience I have ever had at a fast food place. Might look like a simple mistake but I assure you this was intended. We went through DT and asked for 3 separate orders and were told they could only do 2. When we asked if the dining room was open they became very rude and short with us. Taking long periods of time to respond to make us wait longer with no greeting or any customer service. If you can avoid this McDonald's I would do at any cost.

I had the worst experience ever at this McDonald’s location. I’d give absolutely 0 stars if I could. First they made me wait for my order over 10 mins asking me to pull up near their “rail” so they can take more customers. After waiting at their “rail” for approximately 10 mins and seeing meal after meal get delivered to the cars behind me at the window I realized they must of forgot I was waiting there. So I called the store to ask where my food was, asked what I ordered again on the phone, I told the girl on the phone and then a boy came out and walked to the wrong vehicle first across the lot to hand them the food but then realized he had the wrong vehicle. After pulling off with the food and arriving home to feed the kids and rest of the family I noticed they messed up the order by not providing me all my purchased products. I made a courtesy call to the store to immediately alert them of the missing items issue they said they couldn’t take back the food I had, I said fine but I will be there with the food they provided me and request a redo over my items since my food was already cold and soggy from waiting so long in the first place for my initial nearly forgotten order. When I returned I was ganged up on at the drive thru window by several workers that didn’t care to focus on their assigned jobs but rather see what the problem was at the drive thru window and chime into the conversation I had with 1 worker initially, another worker threatened to slap me which my 13 year old daughter and her friend overheard while sitting in the back seat of my vehicle, my fiancé was also on the Bluetooth speaker in my car and heard the whole conversation and unruly behavior of the employees at this location. Another worker told me to shut the $&@$ up several times when all I was requesting for several times- was either a replacement of my meal and addition of my missed items or simply a refund. Also, this location never provided me with a receipt after my debit card was swiped paying for the transaction, never asked if I wanted a receipt. Therefore I thought they would simply just give me my receipt in my bagged items. Nope! When I returned, they demanded a receipt from me to correct the issue. They all argued with me when I told them several times they never gave me one. I asked several times to speak to the manager even telling all the other workers involved to go back to their jobs so I can speak directly to the manager. I was told the manager was just going to tell me the same thing. Even after I told them several times they never provided me with my receipt and they continued to tell me there was nothing they can do even when I was there just 10 mins prior to make the purchase and even brought the food back to show. Unbelievable and horrible customer service and I will never give my money again to this location ever again! I ended up with no food because they took the bag of food I returned back at the drive thru window, argued with me telling me all my items were bagged correctly (mind you this is the girl that said she would slap me or as she said “I will slap this bi$&@!“ while storming away. Several times I demanded to speak with a manager and that never happened or no one acknowledged to be the manager but only let me get laughed at, mocked, threatened and cursed at by several employees. They also kept my money with no refund given at all because I didn’t have the receipt they never gave me in the first place. Corporate has been contacted right away where I have left them a voicemail to follow up with me in regards to this unfortunate incident. Hopefully Dukart Management will contact me in a timely manner so I can pursue a refund of my money spent with no product and apologize for the rude behavior given towards a customer. Serious customer service training is needed at this location from answering the phones properly to customer satisfaction and issue/conflict resolution.

Ordered 2 10 piece chicken nuggets and two quarter pound burgers. But the chicken nuggets were dry and old. Reordered a fresh batch and it was done well. The bathrooms need cleaning and updating.

This evening they were busy so I decided to go inside. I waited for someone to take my order for a very long time even though they seen me standing there. They just kept looking at me and other people like we were a bother to them. Well they dont have to worry about that anymore for I will go out of my way to go to another establishment. I wouldn't recommend going to this place at all ecspecially for the price.

asked for extra sweet and sour sauce and got no sauce. 40 pc bundle nuggets was dry and fries had no salt and were cold. the lack of sauce was my last straw, 13th reason, the whole 9. 👁👄👁
