Mcdonald's

Stopped on my way into work at about 6:20AM. Store appeared open, McDonald's app indicated store was open, Google indicated store was open... Tried going inside and hours posted on door indicated dining room opened at 7AM. No biggie, maybe the drive-thru is open, as many places have different indoor dining hours, vs. drive thru hours. Went to drive thru, again all lights on, menu screens all on, it must be open... Waited to be greeted on the intercom, no one came on. I waited briefly, then asked if someone could take my order. No answer, waited a bit longer, asked again if they were open. No answer. Strike 3, I drove off and went elsewhere... Had already wasted too much time. If it's early (despite what hours or apps say) skip this location, go elsewhere, like Dunkin where you can actually get some breakfast. The app is terrible and inaccurate, the store could do better to communicate status to customers...

Worst customer service experience on more than just a few occasions over the last 3 years we've lived here(both prior to covid and after). Not being staffed is one thing, being absolutely rude is quite another. The assistant store manager, is whom I dealt with this evening- very nasty experience and abrasive/raised tone for simply trying to use coupons (we purchased from McDonald's). But I think the entire management needs an adjustment. I asked for a cup for our ice cream cones and was first handed a cardboard drink tray and said that "this is the best we can do"... what point is a drink tray when I had zero cups to use the tray? They didn't even want to provide water cups and when they finally did I could forget about any spoons to go with it, the drive thru window was slammed in my face.

I have been unable to get food for two weeks It's gotten to the point that I will try and get food , knowing it won't happen as a lark. Four separate attempts and I left with nothing They wait forever, even when it's slow to speak to you at the speaker Is anyone else unable to get fed ? Today I went and finally got them to answer the speaker and they told me the soda machine was broken 🙄 the person in front of me ordered a soda so no clue if they were unable to serve it to him at the window At this point , it's become a game 😂 I waited an hour and went back to see if I could get myself a soda and fries and when they finally answered the speaker I had hope 😂😂 I went to the window , looking forward to that liquid gold and I can't believe what was going on in the store They were ignoring me and goofing off and not doing much of anything.. I waited a significant amount of time because at this point I was "in it to win it " and procure my diet coke I had made the decision that I wasn't going to pay for it until I saw the product. I did not trust them . 9 or so minutes in , I saw a soda 🥤 in a workers hands and got excited.. didn't see my 🍟 and I was pretty sure fries would not be forth coming .. then the dude poured my soda all over himself and I just drove off ... I want to say I will never return but I can't lie to you because I'm a thoroughly intrigued..next run I will make sure I bring a snack and a drink 😂😂😂😂
