Bob's Better Burger

Good price, better food. I’m not sure what bobs burger are better than but they are a darn good burger. The staff are nice if you are nice to them. The food came out pretty quickly, not too quick so you know it was freshly made. If I had only one complaint it was a little greasy but that’s more personal preference. The strawberry shake is worth mentioning, it was good with chunks of I think cherries because the skin on them were smooth, still really good.

I travel around Texas quite a bit for work and I always search for those mom and pop burger shacks and stands and I was glad I found this joint. Fresh veggies and patties that get that right amount of char on the edges and melted cheese holding it all together. What more could you ask from a homemade burger. Customer service needs some work I suppose, workers wear that “can’t be bothered look” but I didn’t really care so long as my order was tip top.

My husband's BBQ sandwich was good and my hamburger was great but my son ordered 2 double meat cheeseburgers plain and dry and again they messed up his order. Both came fully loaded. Was a big disappointed again. Check your orders before you leave because this happens more than we like. Might have to get our burgers somewhere else now

This was our first time eating at Bob's, this is our review: Pros (+) + Fairly priced + Fresh, made-to-order food + Good burger, great tater tots Cons (-) - Slow - Customer service lacking - Order mistake - Onion Rings no seasoning My wife and I both ordered burgers. She ordered a large hamburger, I ordered a super jalepeno burger; we also ordered a side of onion rings and tater tots. We both thought the burgers were great! They tasted fresh and hot. They used a thin patty on their burgers, which we both prefer. Their tater tots were excellent! They tasted almost homemade and had a flavorful seasoning. The onion rings were okay, they had a great breading, but lacked any sort of seasoning. We took away a stars for the following reasons: 1. Our small order took 22:27 minutes, which seemed slow. Be prepared to wait, or call in your order! 2. They messed up my wife's order and added cheese to her burger. 3. The lady was a little rude; when I ordered, I wanted the grilled onions on my burger on the side, she gave out a big *sigh* and said that would cost me an extra $5. REALLY??? We are going to give them another shot another day and I will update my review...

Was there the other day ..got home my order was wrong/ I asked for sweet and unsweetened..it was only unsweetened I also ordered 2 chili cheese burritos with no lettuce and tomato it had it on both ...I called not to complain but reorder ..I explained it to the girl she says sorry but just bring back tea and I fix it for you...so I get there hand the tea to the old lady and explain she starts to yell at me that she didn't take my order the girl behind her says I talked to her makes it right ..no need for yelling especially around other customers..rude...I still go though. Great burgers just be patient with the old lady she set in her ways.
