What is the point of ordering ahead if you'll still have to wait 10 minutes without anyone bringing your food. I had to go inside and get my "mobile curbside order "myself. When I got inside there were at least 5-7 employees and only 3 working. My order was just sitting there on the counter. You all really need to work on your time management and customer service skills.

It was a terrible experience. There were like 5 workers just standing around and only one person on the register. Not one person acknowledged me and the person in line in front of me was an employee. I get that they have to eat, too but guests are important, too. It was an online order at that. I waited almost 10 minutes for my food. How is that convenient?! By far the worst service I have received from Whataburger.

I waited over 10 minutes for a curbside order. I found that my order had just been sitting there so it was cold. The first 2 employees I encountered made eye contact with me but were too busy making breakfast for each other to help me. The manager finally came over after a few minutes. She mildly apologized for my wait and told me to contact the 1 800 number when I asked for a refund and she wouldn't give me the number. Worst customer service. Food was awful as well.

Their drive thru is so slow I decided to go inside. Had to wait for my breakfast order to be taken because no one was paying attention to the counter. Wanted Dr Pepper, which was out. All fountain drinks were sputtering. I waited for my order while watching everyone who was in the drive thru when I drove up get served before i did. I've been coming here for 5 months and the service has always been poor and the food is marginal unlike most other Whataburgers.

Pretty good. Friendly. A pet peeve of mine is when the customer has to flag a worker down, even tho I'm standing at the counter and more than 1 looks at me and walks away... so I have to get their attention instead of them asking me if I'm ok. ... hope that makes sense lol oh yeah, and I asked for it for dine in and they gave an order Togo.

Sadly the best part of my meal was my drink
Ordered a honey bbq sandwich
Chicken was over cooked and old.
They normally bring it to you when your numbers on the table and dining in, but yelled out your number and had to go get it
Didn’t bring over condiments or napkins
Bathrooms-were dirty
Old oil cooking grease

Enjoyed service food was as always delicious got Apple pies for dessert very delicious. Looking forward to returning when I need a good tasting burger!

Its Whataburger...but I don't want to my #2 with a side of homeless people. Every time I go to this one I'm always accosted by someone needing to get back to El Paso on the bus....the bus doesn't even stop at this one
