Hungry Howie's Pizza

Friend moved to the midland area. Was presented with this coupon and was told it could be used for free delivery anywhere in the delivery range, not limited to woodland place. Attempted to use the coupon while said friend was at my house, and the hungry howies created the order. Then received a call 10 minutes later that the General Manager was denying the order because it wasn't going to woodland place. As you can see attached, the coupon does not state this anywhere. I guess the $10 worth of food was worth losing our business forever, as I will never think of hungry howies for my pizza needs in the future. I will also encourage all my friends and family to go elsewhere as well. That general manager forgot the #1 rule, please your customer base. Why hand out the coupon if you're not going to honor it? Seems pretty simple to me. Oh well, jets here I come.

I'm a first time customer. I'd received a coupon for a free birthday pizza so I decided to try it. The first thing I noticed was how clean and orderly the place was. The staff was courteous. In less than 15 minutes, I had a hot delicious pizza. I picked the garlic crust with pepperoni.... I'll certainly return!

I love Hungry Howie's pizza. All of the workers here are really nice and attentive. The manager is not very friendly and her stress is very evident. I wish they still gave parmesan cheese with your pizza. Food quality is pretty consistent. I will continue to go here but it is important to remember that there are many pizza places and the way that someone is treated matters a lot.
