Mcdonald's

10/10 for a very friendly cashier. A full container serve of hot chips and a very tasty Angus burger X 2 one with coke and the other a large cappucinno which met the mark for foam volume and taste. I also had an apple pie and ice cream. Yum unfortunately the lettuce was square cut and most of it fell out of the burgers as we ate. I would eat here again.

One of dirtiest Macca's in town. Cleanliness and hygiene completely ignored. Came in for lunch and was disgusted by the strong odour which gives impression of not cleaning for a long time. Disgusted and disappointed. Can see staffs around doing nothing while it was not busy at all. Would not recommend here. I ended up eating in the car park rather than support that smel.

After an exhausting day I grabbed a large flat white at Midland store omw home. Store was packed but I was served fast. Coffee was creamy and hot like a proper coffee. Thanks to the blonde in the McCafe uniform I saw get on top of it quick and pop on counter for staff. Normally I don’t review but your store was chaos but service and quality was fab and I am grateful.

Not a happy customer 🤬🤬. Ordered 2 large meals, a caramel sundae and a large chocolate milkshake. Got given our 2 large drinks, I asked for a tray because I knew I had our sundae n milkshake to come. He took our drinks and put them into a 2 tray which was very heavy for that tray and the lids wasn't stuck down properly so yip I ended up spilling coke on me. Then was given our sundae, my partner went to grab it then gave it to me to hold and there was syrup dripping on the outside of the cup. It looked like they overflowed the syrup and just pushed the lid down without even cleaning the excess spillage. Which left us both with sticky fingers.Due to us both being annoyed by the poor service we got, we forgot our milkshake. Very poor customer service.

Disappointing. The Classic burgers were squashed to 1/2 size and would have been returned had I known before leaving drive thru. The fish burgers should be labelled ' junior meals ' and are gone in 3 or 4 bites. The flimsy paper bag provided instantly split on lifting - with it all spilling on to the ground.

Id give a quarter of a star if I could! Always slow delivery, always stone cold, always have to order extra sauce (because they barely give any!). And as for the chips, why charge for a large when you always give a small portion….literally gave me small chips in a large box (more than one occasion). Honestly don’t bother!! Might as well just give money for nothing
