The food tasted good and the staff were friendly. I have issue with the cleanliness. The tables were not clean, the floor was dirty and the cooking areas were covered in black grease. It was what I immediately noticed when I was ordering.
The food seemed warm but not hot. Not sure what temps cooked meats need to be kept but it was concerning after I was not feeling well for about 3 hours after eating.

My husband and I came here on a Friday night a few months ago to grab dinner before getting a movie. They seemed to be understaffed as we waited in line for over 30 minutes, leaving us 10 minutes to scarf down our food before the movie. The staff was pleasant enough and the food pretty good, but we weren't able to enjoy it. I used to work at Chipotle and it never got that backed up even if we were understaffed. Probably won't come back again.

I don't eat here often, just because I'm not really in close proximity on a daily basis. I must say, though, whenever I do stop by, the food is more than satisfactory. I've never had service issues, so that's a plus. Cleanliness when I have visited is up to par. Stop by if you are in the Millbury area or shopping at the Blackstone mall. 👍

Don’t think you’re going to save time by online ordering because that’s absolutely not the case. It is incredibly quicker to walk in and order right then. I placed my order for 7pm and it’s going on 10min past that. I even stood in the regular line because I wasn’t sure where to pick my order. It was then that they should ask my name for the order so they can prioritize making it ba giving all attention to walk-in and making online order people standing in a crowd.

I recently found out about this restaurant while in Minnesota on business. This location is about 30 min from me. The girls that were working today 8/1 at 3 pm were so friendly, helpful had smiles and made me feel so welcome and put me in a better mood. I love the queso!
They don't short you on ingredients in the burrito. Please note I ate half the queso on the way home lol!!

We stopped late last night coming back from NH. Even though it was getting close to closing the staff treated us like they just opened. Food was very good but the service was excellent. Thanks so much.

Food is usually just ok. Today went with my dad. He wanted a small cup just for water - he doesn't drink soda. The lady said "nope we are out of water cups" my dad said he just wanted a water and her solution was for him to buy a soda so he could use the cup for water. :) Help is certainly hard to find. 30 bucks spent and can't even get a glass of water....
