Papa Johns Pizza

Ordered through the app, received notification that pizzas were ready. Pizzas were not ready, not even made yet! 45 min later they were done. No apologies. No receipt or stickers on boxes making it impossible to file a complaint. I called a 877 number and the rep figured out my order and filed my complaint for me.

Quality is hit or miss. Either very tasty or literally makes your tummy hurt. I have always liked Papa John's pizza, but the quality this last time was definitely down. Got us a veggie and an alfredo. Wasn't crazy about the Alfredo one, but that's just a personal taste thing. Seemed like my veggie was better the time prior, more cheese and more fresh. Got it on time the time prior, but this last time it was late, both were luke-warm. The guy that came was called in to work because they needed him, he said, which is probably true, staffing is hard with both Covid and the weather. Main thing is safety and quality--it's not cheap pizza so it should always be at least trustworthy on ingredients being safe to eat. A prob with eating out in Minot in general, sadly, even at sit in eateries. If I want pizza I think I'll give some of the local folks a shot next time.
