Mountain Mike's

This is my first time ever coming to this location and I experienced something that was negative. I’m not one to complain much, but I thought about it and decided to leave this review. I went to place an order inside the store for just one pizza. A plain pepperoni pizza. The blond girl who took my order asked for my name and if the order was going to be to go. I said yes and paid. I sat down waiting like every one else. The issue that came was I sat there for an hour before I went to ask for the wait time for my pizza. Now it could be that they were preparing other pizzas but 40 minutes into my wait this lady came in and placed an order for 2 pizzas and no longer than 15 minutes she got her order before I did. So I once it hit the hour marked I asked about my pizza and they couldn’t find it. And then they had to search for it in the POS system. After then searching at other prepared pizza this girl with curly hair said that my pizza will be out shortly and that it was in the oven or something. That was not a great experienced but the only good thing was that this girl with glasses gave me the pizza and she apologized for everything. She was the only nice person there.

Pizza is good. Customer service sucks. I walked in made eye contact with the girl at the counter as I'm walking up to the counter she finishes up with the person she is helping and when I'm only 10 feet away she turns around and goes to the back to join a conversation with her coworkers. Laughing and having a good time. Just standing there while I waited several mins just to be acknowledged by any staff member. I had for sure been seen by at least 3 staff. No acknowledgement. Nothing. Just ignored. I understand they may be busy. But that doesn't mean you can't be polite. Not a busy day. There were only 2 customers in the building. You can make time to at least greet me.

DO NOT EAT HERE unless you want food poisoning. We went to the area for pizza and salad at Michales pizza but they were closed. We came here and the salad bar looked ok at first but almost everything was warm and rotten once we served ourselves and tasted it. When our vegetarian pizza came out it had only a few fresh tomatoes, one of which had the stem top, I asked for a few more. The employee brought more of them to our table in his hands. He had gloves on, but it was just another way to see the low standards. My son, who ate his salad (I did not after tasting how bad it was), had a stomach ache before we even left. $75 dinner that was gross and made us feel sick. We’ve liked lots of other mountain Mike’s but this franchise has no cleanliness standards. Don’t do it.

The pizza was pretty good, they actually listened when I said I wanted it doublecut (most pizza places just ignore that when I ask) and it was pretty fresh. The only really bad thing about this place is that I had it delivered and it took a while for me to get it, about an 1h and 20min just keep in mind that I live pretty close to the place. I shouldn't have to call and ask where my pizza is but that's what I did and it came about 10min later, so other than that it not bad

This store has gone down hill in the last couple months. The people that work here are rude and doesn’t keep to their word. When they tell you it will be ready for pick up at a certain time then don’t even have it in the oven when you come ten minutes later then the time they told you it would be ready at! This has happened multiple times! 🤦‍♂️ What a shame!
