I had a very enjoyable experience here this evening. The workers were very nice and polite. When I left they even said good-night. I ordered the Carmel cappuccino ice cream shake. The young girl made it look so spectacular. Carmel swirls whip cream topping even. There was ample distancing between the tables and absolutely no pressure to hurry. Thank you McHenry Baskin Robin.

Went yesterday. Horrible service, lady was rude. I don’t know what she was doing but gave us kiddie scoops in a sundae and my nieces wasn’t even right. Even pushed the bag at my niece like get out. First it was a problem with the hours and now the service is horrible I just can’t 🤷🏼‍♀️🙄 not worth the almost $7 each - guess our new place will be cold stone

I had a horrible experience. The young man that was making my drink had his hair covering all this face. Was touching his hair and making the drink. To top it all off he was reaching for the ice cream and his hair was all over the blender. I pointed it out to him and he said didn’t say nothing he went to get his hat touched his hair again. Didn’t wash his hands and continue to make the drink. I pointed it out to this young lady and she didn’t bother to help out and satisfy their customers. I left super disappointed!!! I will never go there and I will not recommend you guys to go. Does seem like they are sanitary!!

I ordered a Oreo icecream cake and when I went to pick it up I got a icecream cake with no Oreos on it, but instead I got some brown looking cookies. I wish they would of let me know that they didn't have Oreo cookies I would of picked something different. They charged me full price for something they didn't have.

I went in with my family. A young girl helped me and was nice at first. I went back and tried to get me a milkshake. There was 1 couple in front of me, I patiently stood there and waited for about 5 mins. Two ladies walked in and instead of helping me (who was standing there, waiting for about 5 mins) she told these two ladies she will be with them in a minute. I was confused because she obviously saw me the whole time and didn't say anything to me, so I was hoping I misheard her. But nope, she went on and cash the couple in front of me out and helped the two ladies who barely came in. She looked at me and looked back down because she knew by this time, I was pretty confused and irritated that not only did she not acknowledge me standing there, patiently waiting for her, she didn't care about to apologize for helping someone else instead of me. Another customer walked in and one of the other worker came to help her, then she said I was in front of her and she went on and tried to help one of the same two ladies who were already being helped. By this time, I was annoyed by these two workers because they have NO CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS, whatsoever. One of the ladies finally turned around and asked if I was in front her and I said yes, I was I front of them and the young lady who helped them saw me standing there the whole time and didn't offer to help me. Of course, she didn't apologize or even want to look at me. Do you guys not train your employees to treat ALL customers the same? Did I just want to stand there and look at her serve everyone else? PLEASE hire or train your employees to have better service. I am usually not the type to complain about things like this, but this incident showed me how immature this worker was. If they do not like their job, hire someone who is not going to look annoyed because they are getting busy at scooping icecream.
