Togo's Sandwiches

Used to come here frequently, but their customer service has been lousy lately. I had a mobile order that included a roast beef sandwich, Togo's Style; I noticed later that the only thing they had put on my sandwich was meat. They left the veggies off. I tried calling this location twice to let them know their staff should look more carefully at mobile order details, but no one ever picked up the phone. I won't be ordering from here anytime soon.

Location is hot garbage. I've been ordering here off and on for 3 years, at least once a year in the hopes that they get their act together. Nope. Has not happened. My orders are constantly wrong, or ingredients are consistently rancid. To add, they can't even wrap a sandwich because when you get the bag, you get a deconstructed mess in a paper sack. If you do value your $20 sandwich money, you will not get a typical Togo's reputation here. Move on, I definitely am.

All I can say is the owner really needs to do something with this location. I never have problems with the other locations like McHenry or Standiford. The employees give you so much attitude and its like pulling teeth just to get them to make the sandwich right. Not only that when I got home my sandwich was made incorrectly. Such poor customer service. When I called last week to set up a catering order the girl literally told me they didn't want to make that and scoffed at me when I asked if I could pick up some boxes at 11 since they open at 10:30 ridiculous. Wish this location was better as its a shorter drive than the McHenry location.

If I could give zero stars I would ! I went in and ordered my sandwich which was the #37 the girl nevaeh put RAW bacon on the sandwich and I told her she didnt warm it up and she gave me attitude and called the manager which was a very skinny tall caucasian young woman I saw her name started with an A but I didnt pay much attention because she was so rude and refused to remake the sandwich or give me a refund. Very poor customer service and they need to be fired !
