Domino's Pizza

We are a very busy family and so we order pizza probably more often than we should. With that said, you can see why it has been very upsetting to continuously have to deal with burnt pizzas. When I call to have this issue remedied, I keep getting an excuse that makes no sense "it is how our ovens cook the pizza." What? A pizza place that knows it is selling burnt pizzas? Then I get the we need the other pizza back and for us to take it back. Wait, I ordered delivery, but now I have to go back? It has gotten to where we check the pizza before the delivery person leaves. I love their thin crust pizza when the cheese and the bottoms are not cooked to death, but I hate how often we have to return pizzas due to "their oven" problem. Maybe Pizza Hut has better ovens.

The only reason I'm giving this place one star is because I couldn't give it ZERO STARS, which is what this place deserves. This place is truly horrendous, and you should spend your money elsewhere. They don't care about you or your contentment, they only care about your money. They clean the mats on the floor in the same sink they wash the dishes in, and a worker ate straight out of the food tray without washing their hands. They hardly wash their hands you'll notice. They never wear gloves. There's mold on the food line. The manager told me to get the F--- out of her store, complete disregard for customer service. 838 Oakdale Road, Modesto California

Rudest staff employees ever. Being told we can not be serviced because me & my bf were not wearing a mask. Teenage employees running the place & ignoring us as we stood by waiting to see if we can still have our pizza we ordered over the phone 30 min ago. Another told us to go outside and wait & it was pretty cold out. Plus after being so rude, for some reason the pizza was horrible. It was dry, stiff, very thin, some parts burned and barely had any pizza sauce. Worst pizza I ever had from Dominos.. & I have had all kinds of pizza from there in the past & never complained. This time was the worst experience. Never going back.

I do online ordering easy to use and they are always very quick within 10 mins my order is ready. I love that they actually take it serious never have they messed up on any of my orders. I also love that I can track my order amazing and I get points for a free pizza just amazing clean friendly employees. THANK YOU DOMINOS FOR YOUR AMAZING EMPLOYEES.

Food is just the food but every time I try this one they delay the order and if I don't call or show up and ask they won't make it and never get notified about my pizza being made or not. Already has been 45 mins. Tired of always being let down here. It's just closer to my home. They might be busy but seems like it happens to many times before. Not coming back.
