They make the best Lobster Roll!! Homemade Brioche Roll..Lobster cooked perfectly and come with a side salad and French fries..plus if you going fishing he will cook your fish for you too..

Steve is so nice, I’m staying at the wave crest and he remembered my name throughout my stay. All the food I had was pretty good, and Steve is NOT lying when he says he’s got the best (hot) lobster roll in montauk. Highly recommend!

Perhaps the best lobster roll I have ever eaten. Flavorful chunks of lobster in Dewan butter on a buttered, grilled bun. Served with salad + balsamic glaze on the side and French fries. Sweet potato fries were excellent.

Steve doesn’t just give you the best food in all of Montauk. He also makes you feel like you’re part of his family. He talks to you with an upbeat attitude and has very funny humor. His food is extremely well priced while being amazing. He definitely has the best lobster roll I have ever had. If you stay at wavecrest, you must go to Steve’s awesome food truck!
