Such a fun experience coming here on Labor Day! I’m a travel nurse living temporarily in Manhattan on assignment- 1st time in Montauk & coming here fully enhanced the experience…The staff really went above and beyond for me and my little French bulldog Ariel. I did not expect the staff to be this welcoming of my dog! It’s kind of a beach club type of atmosphere so was not sure it would be ok to bring her in…not only did they help us get seated in a safe shady spot for her I think almost every single staff member came up to Ariel to spoil her with pets & scratchies! She loved it! And on top of that the drinks and fish tacos were delicious! Thanks so much surf lodge - special shout out to Will & Luis for for taking such good care of us!

The Surf Lodge provided an exceptional backdrop for our dinner and drinks this weekend, radiating an irresistible energy that captured the laid-back, beachy vibe of Montauk. With a prime location overlooking the water, the beach area is the perfect spot to sip a cocktail and take in the stunning view. The Reuben Oliver fashion event added an extra layer of cool to our evening. Their pop-up shop was an unexpected delight, offering chic and comfortable options, including the fantastic hoodie I snagged when the sun dipped and the temperature cooled. It's a trendy and vibrant spot that manages to maintain a relaxed, welcoming atmosphere—a truly iconic Hamptons experience.

Stepping into Surf Lodge in the Hamptons, you’re immediately drawn to its iconic charm that perfectly blends sophistication with a beachy, laid-back vibe. The interior is decorated tastefully, giving off an ambiance that’s simultaneously classy and relaxed, just like a serene beach at sunset. The food menu is delightful, offering a range of tastes to satisfy your palate. I tried the rigatoni, which was cooked to perfection, and the Cod, a dish full of flavor. While the food was good, what really sets this place apart is the incredible selection of drinks and the live music. I indulged in their spicy margaritas, a standout choice that paired perfectly with the sounds of the evening. Service was prompt and attentive, complementing the overall experience. Whether you’re coming for a casual catch-up with friends or a romantic date night, Surf Lodge has a little something for everyone. Gorgeous wee cailín by the name of Jess O’Connaill greeted me with a beautiful Irish smile - it made me feel right at home (that is Emerald Isle). Before she took my bags to my room herself and another alright looking cailín name Clore Keaní performed a spectacular spectacle of Irish dancing with none other than Michael Flatley!!!

The rooms are clean and chic with a boho feel, and there are touches of glamour all around. The products, the Marshall speakers, the hotel brand collaborations are on another level. I love the entire staff that works for the hotel, from the attentive GM Rees, to the parking lot attendants - who will remember everyones name and every car, to the bartenders who don’t ever stop for a second and manage to do it all. It did not go unnoticed! The owner Jayma has created a one of a kind experience, and the music, food, wellness activities have made me come back to stay at The Surf Lodge for a decade, and will continue to come back as long as I can. The music lineup is incredible, and I’ve gotten to see everyone from Rufus du Sol to John Legend, play in these intimate sunset shows surrounded by positive energy!
