Wingers

I ordered shrimp and I wasn’t pleased. I asked to order fried chicken and after receiving the ticket they charged me for the shrimp as well and threw it in the trash. The Korean lady is money hungry. She gave me 50% off of the shrimp that was thrown in the trash. I will never purchase another item from this person again in this life. She’s a mean grumpy old lady and don’t care about customer service. Now i understand why there’s no customers here.

The food was DISGUSTING THE MANAGER WAS RUDE!! My fries was burnt and my wings was not crispy. I called them to complain customer service wasn’t good! No sympathy shown nothing!!!! The manager was talking over me on the phone and arguing me down about my food. Also she put the plate on top to make it look good then the second one was burnt fries !!! She Did not want to remake the food when I offered to bring the food back she hung up in my face while I was talking on the phone and I was polite but very upset. I HIGHLY DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!!!!!! Waste of my money and time.

It's been 15mths since I have been here. I finally went in there again tonight & tried it again...it was decent, friendly staff, & Very clean. The prices were a lil bit high....especially for the portions, but the food was tasty....except for the hair in my fries. And they've stopped giving the Military/Veteran Discount.
