As usual, Sonic can be counted on for slow service and rude voices through the order speaker. The food was ok at least. I brought my daughter because she won a coupon for a free corn dog. I won't be back anytime soon. I had some popcorn chicken and cheese sticks and it was passable. They were out of ice cream and onion rings though, sorry cravings.

I ordered the 3-piece chicken tender box and my tenders came out burnt. I informed the employees and they told me that they are going to keep coming out like that. I asked for a refund and I had to call a 1-866 number just to be denied. I refuse to get sick by eating ill prepared food. There was no apology or empathy for this situation. 🤢

Stopped their for their great milkshakes. For the first time, it came without the usual whipped cream and cherry. When asked we were told we had to request it now. That makes no sense or we should be told that when ordering. The server was very nice and went back to add it for us.

I don’t know what sonics problem is but it just seems to be circling the drain for a while now, sadly. They rarely get your order correct and but the worst part is when you try and order a “blast”. A customer pays for [extra] toppings but is lucky to get [any] toppings at all. And when you have to request more please because you paid for it, you get grief from whoever has to re-do it and it makes you feel like it’s all your fault for some reason. I don’t wanna feel guilty for not getting something that you paid extra for, I should’ve gotten in the first place. As a customer that’s not how I wanna feel when I pay for something. There are a lot of nice people that work for this company and this is nothing personal, it’s just business, poor business, actually

So tonight I went to Sonic drive through to get some shakes and was told that they were not allowed to sale or make any shakes or slushes at this time. Help me to understand how it is they are not allowed to sale certain items, but they are still listed on the menu. if you are not allowed to sale certain items on your menu, you should at least tell your employees to place a sign on the menu, so that your customers can know this before trying to order. And at least give the customers a good explanation on why you can not sell something. This happens every time I go to this Sonic, its either the machine broken or this time they can not sell it.

For 2 drinks we waited well over 20 minutes after ordering on the app. We received the order after calling 15 minutes waiting. They took 5 minutes to respond to the call. They said it was coming out. Still took a while. When the order arrived the person did not say a word. No thank you no how are you no anything. At least we got straws and the right items. The drinks weren't even wiped off. So sad no wonder I have not been here in a while.

If I could give zero stars I would I waited over 20 minutes for an ice cream. When it came out it was melted and looked like frothy whipped cream absolutely horrible. Ended up just getting a refund because what I was given certainly was not no ice cream

I ordered through the sonic app which I actually like🤗 when I got there I checked in through the sonic app ... Service was fast food was hot and fresh. And the parking lot was clean👍🏿 it I ordered the double cheeseburger on the toast bread yummy 😋 and I also tried the Shark Slushy it is delicious you got to try it!!!
