I normally have no issues with this location, but the past 6-8 visits are declining. Most the changes have been small, but this mornings isn't acceptable. I ordered my usual large tea without ice. I received a ⅔ filled cup and was told they are allowed to fill it up. HUH?? I seem to remember getting a full cup a few weeks ago. Guess I'll have to decide if I want to return.

Not sure if it’s just me, doubt it but I would love to switch from Starbucks to Dunkin since it’s cheaper…can’t do it. Most every time I go I order a medium iced coffee with either hazelnut or butter pecan swirl. Not sure how I should order this drink differently, because every time it looks almost like milk when they hand it to me. Not sure if they don’t make their coffee strong enough or put WAY too much cream in, or if the people working have NO clue on how to make an iced coffee. Either way it’s always a waste of $3. Hate it but it’s true. Wish it was better!

I really hope the owner sees this or the higher staff. This location used to be my daily go to for coffee and donuts in the morning. Lately the staff there has been very rude and unprofessional and act like they don’t want to be there. They are also out of all the donuts and if they do have some, they’re old and disgusting. I went there 2 days ago and the 2 female workers were arguing with each other about who was going to serve me. They were cussing and yelling in the store while I was there. She said all they had was glazed donuts. I didn’t want to argue so I took what they had and she threw them in a bag rather then a plastic dozen. Whoever manages this location, please watch the people you hire. I have management experience and bad workers can lead to a business failing. Hope to see this location succeed one day but until then, Krispy Kreme has my business for now.

This review is for the Ann Street location. This morning I was attempting to go inside to get doughnuts before my 2 oldest had to be at work. I was told drive only at the moment, due to only 1 employee in the store. The other employee proceeded to leave with a baked up drive thru. I don't know why this employee left, but I don't think it was right. I was also at this location yesterday, there about 5 or 6 employees in the store, in fact it was about the same time as this morning. I had to wait to be acknowledged, in fact, another employee had to tell the front cashier to wait on me. That was not the first time that I had to wait for my order to be taken. Even when there are plenty of employees in the store it is slow & none of the employees seem to be in any rush to do anything.

I usually swing through this Dunkin in the mornings on my way to work. Coffee is mostly made consistently, employees are kind and efficient.

I have enjoyed the recent swap to Dunkin coffee from other franchises. I was hesitant at first but a good friend kept suggesting I give them a try. The coffee is really good! The hot and cold varieties are both customizable and delish. The donuts are yummy but also the breakfast bagels and croissants are really great too. I recommend this particular Dunkin as I have always received friendly smiling faces and fast service.

Had surgery near there yesterday and my husband went thru the drive thru to get me something to eat since I hadn’t been able to since the night before. We order our food go around to pay and my husband decides to add a biscuit to our order the rude young man in line tells my husband he will have to drive back around and get in line and order it again lol. What??? He throws my credit card into our car and closes the drive thru window. Not only is this unacceptable for this location being a busy medical location but I won’t EVER give my $ to them again. Be better!!! Or at least have better employees.

I went through the drive thru, ordered my food. I was asked to pull forward, then I was asked to pull forward more. The person behind me pulled around me because people were lining up behind her. When my food was brought out, the Employee went to the lady in front of me. She obviously told her that it wasn't herself. The Employee came to my car and asked me if I had ordered the specific sándwich and I said yes. The Employee asked me was I sure that's what I ordered. I said yes and asked her do you think I would lie about it and she said she didn't know if I would. The cars were lining up as though they were going back through the drive through line again. It's not my fault they are not orgainized and not getting the food out. First and last time going to this location!!!
