Pizza Hut

They gave me a burnt pizza that I did not know was burnt until I got home. Then I had to return it and I had sent my son into the store to return the pizza they did not offer him a discount or nothing. So then I went into the store and then I told them how that was not professional to send a burnt pizza out. And then I was offered a refund for the burnt pizza.

I am still trying to figure out how Pizza Hut allow this store to represent them. It is absolutely awful service all the time. I had issues in past with not getting what I ordered, even when ordered online. Also experienced them saying they didn’t receive online order. I stopped dealing with for a long period of time. Hoping they have had a change in management, when service is this awful it’s because management is awful, ordered through Uber eats and they kept telling the driver my order had already been sent out. Then they canceled it. I am certain that their rating would be lower if more people did reviews. I will just deal with Domino’s from now on.

The night before I had ordered from Domino's, sad to say that Dominos had really let me down. But today I went with Pizza Hut which I hardly ever do and everything was delicious! The pizza actually had a very good amount of cheese and sauce with pepperoni on the top! Great job Pizza Hut! This is how a pizza should look!

When I arrived there were several people waiting. The associate was on the phone with someone for quite some time as I waited to pick up my pizza. It did not seem that the people in the back were rushing to get the orders ready. Perhaps, you did not have enough workers to handle the orders the day I ordered my pizza. Even so, the customer should be made to feel valued and appreciated.
