The food was fine tonight. I have eaten here several times and it's usually good. They were out of salad and coleslaw tonight and the line was around the building. So occasional hiccups like this will hold a star hostage but it is just fast food. I'll always come back, even if the boneless wings are just saucy popcorn chicken.

This location deserves no stars. There is a complete lack of management and basic customer service. Prior to this visit, the last time we tried to go, after giving us the wrong drink, instead of replacing it, they argued with us and insisted it was right. Today, after waiting for 45 minutes in the drive thru line and then being told they were out of slaw, out of sandwiches and certain sauces I placed my order. When I got to the window, I had to reorder as my order had been cancelled. Before I drove off, I asked if the extra sauces that I paid for were in the bag and was told yes. I pulled up to check because it has often been left out. there was no sauce this time either. I called and was told to come inside, no apology was offered. I took my receipt and went in. The girl behind the counter said she had to get approval to give me the sauce and came back to tell me I would have to bring the bag in and prove there was no sauce. WHAT ARE YOU SERIOUS!!!I said so basically after waiting in the drive thru for 45 minutes, now you are calling me a liar, who is your manager? She said the manager is the one that asked for proof. i asked if there was a regional manager and she said it doesn't matter who you call, any complaints will come back to us and we won't do anything. So I left, and came home with no sauce. I will drive to another location before I will ever return to that location again.

The girl at the drive thru was rude and when she said my total I told her I had a mobile order and slammed the drive through window. And then got my order then threw it at me. And then I had I had to sit there and am like i orders a drink then she she hands to me with an attitude and then slams the window again. She acted like she didn’t wanna be there. That is no way to act like that towards customers..
