Waffle House

I work down the street from waffle house and I CALL them and they NEVER answer the phone. It's very frustrating when you want to call ahead a order and they NEVER answer the phone, so you have to go there and wait for 20 minutes . I have called them the past YEAR at least 20 times and they haven't answered once. I figured maybe they're busy but you get there and it's very slow inside and you see the phone ringing and no one answers it. They have lost my business for ever, I am switching to IHOP. I guess they don't need the money. OH and i work in a office with several people, at least 3 of us are always trying to get food from there.. There goes hundreds/thousands extra dollars to Ihop yearly..

I tried calling our order in so we can pick it up and leave but the call kept getting unanswered. So I drove there and ordered. While waiting for my order, I saw that they weren't even answering any of the phones that were ringing even though there were only 3 customers there. If you aren't taking of the phone orders, just answer the phone and tell us that. But at least the food was ok and it was cooked at a decent pace. Would have loved to have just picked it up after phoning in the order.
