On Thursday 5/26/22 approx 1:45 Not only did they get my order wrong from the Kiosk, the guy on the assembly told the girl that takes orders, "not to take any right now." & she did. Someone came through the drive through and she told them their "system was down." 😆 Now I know why they say that at fast food places, they taking a break😅 its one thing to be sorry at your job, but to turn away business is another.

On the day of may 22nd at 11:50am I came to order a #1 combo it has 2 taco supreme & a drink I paid $8:74 today. So when I got back to work I noticed it was 1 taco supreme only in the bas, so I called 3x no answer. My point I'm making is this a shame I don't have time to go back and forth when they make a mistake, yes I will never come back to this location again. Poor service!!!

They are always fast to crank out your orders and what else can you say...so.etimes you need some Taco "Hell" in your diet.

I've been doing doordash here since the official lock down, this is the ONLY taco bell in the surrounding area that I would EVER take a DD order for.. Prattville sucks, millbrook opens up only for Prattville to stay out of stuff, and this taco bell always seals the bags they make sure the foods correct, and if the customer complain, I just ab know they are after free food!!! Wtg taco bell!!!

The drive through line was long but the cars moved steadily and the food was hot, fresh, and good when we got to the window. Staff were friendly and professional.

I love how we spend our money there and order what we want but yet they scam you and forgot 2-3 things when your in a rush just left and thanks for the missing food and taking my money lol.
