Domino's Pizza

So I have ordered pizza from this location a lot because it the nearest to my house. My first issue was a few months back when I placed and order and found out they didn’t make my order because she didn’t have any help there. No call or email to say it was canceled I found out when I arrived to pick it up at 7:30 in the evening. This was to feed my kids because of sports practice and me not being able to cook. My next issue was this past weekend I paid for extra sauce and of course you don’t know if something is missing until you taste it but when I arrived to the store it’s 37 degrees outside and the wind is blowing I ring the bell twice no response then I speak through the intercom they have because they don’t have a inside area for customers. Mind you a lady is standing right in front of the window and finally she tells me he’ll be with me in a moment. He didn’t come to the window so I returned to my car because it was cold and waited until he came to the window before I got back out the car 7 min later he came over and helped me and gave me my pizza that was sitting on the counter the whole time I was there waiting. The lady could have given me my pizza when I first came but she didn’t. To me this store needs to close down until they are capable of dealing with people in the right manner. I am not coming to your business begging for anything I’m merely asking for my food to be correct if I paid my money for it. I am merely asking for human decency and understanding that maybe I don’t want to freeze to death waiting for you to finish making a pizza before you can give me mines. I’m not sure if it’s the side of town this restaurant is in or what the issue is but this location has made me not want to spend another dime with the company all together.

I ordered pizza from there for delivery to a hotel near by. Received a confirmation email, a confirmation code and an alert from PayPal saying they had charged my card for the order. “Sweet” I think. Forty minutes goes by and I try using the tracker, only for it to say “oops! We weren’t able to find an order associated with your number”. So I call the store, wait on the line for 45 minutes and get no answer. So I call five more times. Nothing! I ordered elsewhere from Uber eats. Never got to talk to anyone from the store or my order. I will be fighting that charge on my account.

I ordered for delivery 12-2-21. It was about 22:20pm. The food was good, but the delivery person was very unprofessional. She arrived with a completely disrespectful attitude. I answered as soon as she called. I stated that I was right in front of her and that I would be right there. I came to the vehicle and said hello with no response. She then proceeded to purposely not even look at me or even speak. Hands me the food with not so much as a glance. Then, of course, I checked the food. I was missing an item and I asked for it. She stated that it should be in there. I double checked and found that it was not. I barely heard her say. I'll be right back. She took off. When she came back. She pulled up. Handed me the item and left. Not even a word. I paid almost $40.00. Giving her a $5.00 tip. For a bad attitude & terrible service. Two stars . Only because, of the food.
