Wingstop

This place is a complete disaster!!!!! Save your money. Lady behind counter has her kid there while she's working. The tv was so loud you couldn't hear anything. I ordered boneless and got bone in. I waited 35 minutes for a 10 piece!!! Rude people working here. They tried to tell me they were closed when I got there and it was only 8pm. The kid was behind the counter where food was being cooked. I don't understand how the owner or management doesn't get involved! Very disappointing Wing Stop.

To preface, this meal was 40 dollars, for three 8 price wing meals, that’s drinks, wings and fries. The Louisiana rub wings were quite dry and a taste of char overpowered even the seasoning. The garlic park wings were also dry. The fries were slightly burnt but we’re still decent. The service was poor, the server was not prepared to take our order and we had to wait a good bit all the while the employee didn’t even think to ask “ how can I help you?” After breaking the silence the employe even had attitude. Along side this, the dining room was closed even with Covid having died down. We had to go sit in the car with no way of knowing when the food is ready.

They only had Sprite, Dr Pepper and Diet Coke for drinks. They were out of Hickory Smoked BBQ flavor. This is all before 5pm. Multiple signs saying no service unless you have a mask but the person taking orders never had a mask on. Waited 25 minutes for my order when it wasn’t busy and no other to go orders. Staff appeared to have a I don’t care attitude.

Staff is very rude. Ghetto to be exact. All of their attitudes are stank. When you walk in they do not greet you. They just ask what do you want,. A worker had her toddler child in there. In the kitchen and all. They turn their phone off from preventing ppl to call in. I called while I was in the store to see if I was tripping and the volume was off. The hours say they close at 12am but really they close at 7 or 8.

Walked in and not even a hello or anything. Then the girl at the front counter said cash or card. I said card and this girl said well you gone have pay with cash cause our machine is down. No wonder they had 0 customers in the store. Never been to wing stop do wanted to support my brother Rick Ross. Won’t be today thanks to his employees poor customer service. Your not gone tell me how I’m paying and have a nasty attitude with it. Deuces ✌🏾

I went to Wingstop for lunch today with my coworkers. My teammates go to Wingstop regularly, but this was my first time. I had the classic hot (buffalo) and lemon pepper wings. They were delightful. The celery sticks I had were very fresh. I judge restaurants harshly by the celery sticks they give. These celery sticks were fresh from the field and juicy. The ranch sauce they use was really good. V, who works at the register, I found to be particularly delightful. I was experiencing back issues and had trouble walking. Aside from being very pleasant, V followed me to my table after I grabbed my food and pulled my chair out for me and then pushed it in as I sat down. V has very great customer service skills and seeing as to how that can make or break a business, it's important. I'll be returning.
