Burger King

Very unprofessional. I went to go get food for me and my kids, I waited 15 to 20 minutes just for my order to be incorrect and cold. The night manager refuse to remake my order and when I complained to the 2nd window cashier she called her family as if they was going to hurt me. I recommend that no one. Support this business also very RUDE

Can I give it 0stars? I should have known when we pulled into the parking lot and there were no customers. We were hoping to grab a bite and get back on the road quickly. Couldn’t get inside because a homeless person was passed out in front of the door. We went through the drive through. Slow to take our order and pushy-rude. Pulled up to pay and after paying the girl asked me not to pull forward yet. ??? 10 minutes later we pulled forward, grabbed our food. When we got on the interstate and checked our order we were shorted a sandwich. The 3 we did get were cold and dry. Forgot to hold the pickles.

This particular day I got a buy 1 get another for a $1 which was a chicken sandwich and a whopper with 2 small fries. The lady had to ask me twice what I ordered & I was never given a receipt . The employees are very rude and they were giggling the whole time . I noticed my food wasn't what I wanted so I returned back to the place . They told me the food was already eaten it's nothing we can do ! I asked for the manager she had a smart mouth also her name is Kim. I asked for corporate and I'm going to let them deal with the situation. They basically scammed me out of $11 because I was never given a receipt. I'll advise you to never go to that burger king, you will not leave satisfied.
