This location goes above and beyond. We ordered online and drove up immediately. Our fault we were HUNGRY. The young lady at the drive through asked us to wait a couple minutes. So acknowledging we were early decided to wait parking lots for a couple min. Not even 5 minutes later and while we were distracted on the phone, they brought out our food to us. We were absolutely surprised. They have amazing customer service skills here. To the young lady who came out. Thank you. You made two tired and hungry people's afternoon! ❤ Taco Bell , your employees at this location deserve a raise!

Jessica does a great job in the drivethru. This location occasionally has problems with the app. That said I eat here a couple times a week, my order is always right and fresh. With the advent of the order screens in the lobby there is a good chance of standing around looking hungry until you're acknowledged. You are able to order yourself but if you have already ordered via mobile app you have to wait to "check in"

Terrible customer service. Whoever is working the night shift at drive-thru was really rude and needs to have a chat with supervisor- they deserve a 2nd chance that's what I personally believe in. Unprofessional. Been here 100+ times the past 10 years but whoever was working this night has an attitude and was rude. Taco Bell supervisors and owner for this taco bell need to talk to the franchise about how to hire right people and make them memorize their mission statement. Don't need a reply. Thank you, will not be coming back. New Taco Bell on Vaughn Road beats this one by a mile.

Stop in as a delivery driver to pick up an order for doordash. Watched the employees make orders for 6 vehicles in the drive-through while I stood there and waited to pick up an order that Was placed 10 minutes before I got to the restaurant. I stood there And heard the girl in the kitchen finally tell her partner OK now make the doordash order
