The big lady at the window had a attitude she got a attitude with me at the window and didn’t put my sauce the only thing that was good was the juice

I have always had good service good food from this location. You may have to request ketchup. The only problem is the duo drive through many of the customers act like they will get their order sooner if they get to the window sooner after placing their order.

The night staff is rude any night you come and tonight they told me they were out of whoppers.... Burger King.... Out of whoppers..... Isnt anything on the menu just a variation of the whopper? Meat patty bun and various toppings. Sounds more like they were just to lazy and upset having to work the 4th to do thier job. This is why BK is losing business to McDonald's. I know that's where I ended up tonight

I used to frequent this location regularly. First time back since the pandemic, I was so disappointed in how dirty it was at 11:00 am. Trash in parking lot, inside floors and counters dirty with debris and dust and trash. I won't be back.

The service was horrible. The employees were standing around talking . There wasn't any meat or vread ready . Customers ware leaving drive thru because no one was answering at all . Went to the inside an a employee ask worker why there wasn't anything ready for customers . This has happened twice in the last two weeks . Never coming back again .

If I Could Rate this location for rude, I would give it 5 Stars. The Burger Kings in Montgomery are Horrible. Your Customer Service has real issues.

Tonight the cashier decided to stop taking orders and I sat at the speaker for about 20 minutes before pulling up to the window. I couldn't leave because I already paid for my other thru the app. When the girl finally came to the window I asked for my food or a refund when she decided to complain about being short handed. I again, asked for my food or a refund and I was given cold food that had clearly been sitting out and she just slammed the window and walked away... I'd rather find a farm, slaughter a cow, then go home and cook it before visiting this place again.
