Sonic Drive-in

Not good. I thought if you place an online order you would get it correct. Unfortunately I haven't here's the proof. I submitted an order for a chocolate oreo cheese cake shake but this shake has peanut butter in it this is what I received below. Sad bad enough I had deal with T-mobile now this. I had to throw it away. What a way to end my day at work.

Explain to me what this is? Is it a hockey puck or hamburger? My poor son couldn’t even eat it, took one bite and said it was hard and hurt his mouth. I am not sure how this Sonic is still open to be honest. Every time we go there, we vow this is the last time. They always appear to be understaffed and overwhelmed with customers. I wouldn’t be surprised if all Sonics pull their locations from Montgomery.

Based on my recent experiences the staff was friendly, we didn't have to wait that long & our food was fresh & hot. The only problem that we had the first time that we had went was that it had seemed like something was going on with their credit card machine that they have outside where they can just swipe it without them needing to go back inside to complete your purchase but the second time that we had went back they had fixed the issue I believe (because it has worked just fine). I would definitely recommend this Sonic.

Place an app order on 2/26 at 5:05pm. After patiently waiting and pregnant needing to eat, I realized it was 5:48pm and still no order. I literally waited 5 more minutes for the manager to come tell me to contact the 800 number in the app for a refund. I am disgusted with this location and to think about it, they have a score of an 86, so that tells you a lot. $26 including a tip and I want a full freaking refund. Still haven't received my confirmation refund email yet and it's been almost 12hrs since I spoke with customer service.

The only thing I hate about this sonic is that they always have your order wrong plus on top of that they ice cream machine is always down. I ordered a strawberry limeade and it tasted terrible! When I took it back that's when they told me that the sprite was out and they couldn't make it..... but sold it to me anyway? Sonic at this location y'all need to get it together please and make sure to fix the ice cream machine.

Avoid like the plague had a online order and they never brought it out after a hour they ignored the call to order button on the stall I know they did cuz they would answer for other people who didn’t order ahead many people left out of frustration of how long any order was taking to come out and sonic makes it really hard to cancel orders versus any other fast food app because they know there is a issue with the staffing they hire. Having to call my bank to deny charges for food I never received
