Mcdonald's

All I ordered was a happy meal and a double cheeseburger....soooo u mean to tell me ya'll was too busy to give me a fresh burger, let alone to melt my cheese?! I gave this establishment chances time and time again but if its not bad service its bad food. It seems like no one does their job with care and I'm tired of spending hard earned money for terrible food and service. Forget how convenient their location is, nothing can make me go back here💯💯💯

Not only was my pickup order not correct, but the guy that brought my food out to the car was sagging his tight pants so hard that he couldn't use two hands to carry our food. His hat was hanging off his head as well as his headset. Where's the professionalism. It starts at the top. We gotta do better my people.🤦🏾‍♂️

Thank you so much Mickey Dee's !!!We enjoyed our dinner in this nice clean McDonald's this evening. You are some very friendly kind and professional young ladies who make a great team. The fish sandwiches and quarter pounders with cheese were delicious. The atmosphere was nice with the gentlemen club meeting goings on we felt comfortable and at home.

Probably one of the fastest McDonald's I've been through! They were very busy, but took our order quickly, and as we pulled up they took our money and handed us our food and we were gone, probably a total of 5-6 minutes from the time we ordered until the time we got our food. Our orders were correct and the food was hot! Keep up the good work!

I was EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED with my visit! 😯 This McDonald's sits right off of exit 170 as I-85 dead ends into I-65 to continue south on I-65. If you're looking for a quick pit stop to grab a bite to eat, don't expect to get a reasonably priced cup of ice, and DEFINITELY don't expect to make a potty stop.🤤 Neither stall in the women's bathroom had toilet tissue. I made them aware, and they sent someone out to "the shed" to get some. He took his sweet time strolling outdoors. In the meantime, I stopped at the counter to order 2 large cups of ice, and they wanted to charge me $1.65! I quickly asked for ONE medium cup for $.55 😒 I ran my ice back to the car, and inquired about the tissue. Needless to say, they were out of tissue completely. Not sure how they made it through the remaining shift without the bathrooms being properly stocked. I believe the employees use the same bathroom too. #Scary

Personally I'm getting sick and tired of wanting a milkshake and the lazy black girls always say sorry the ice cream machine is down, well it's been down since 4 months ago and the parts to fix it came in withing 2 weeks later the worker said so how the hell is it still down 4 months later, I'm talking about the McDonald's on day street by the way in Montgomery alabama, if the ice cream machine has been down all this time how the hell have I been getting an oreo mcflurry instead?????‽???????‽
